Application
The puffed rice ball machine first puffs raw materials such as rice, wheat, or corn through methods like extrusion and heating. During this process, the material is subjected to friction and extrusion between the screw and the screw sleeve, causing the internal pressure and temperature to rise continuously. The internal organizational structure of the material changes, the protein denatures, and the starch gelatinizes. Then, through the mold of the machine, the puffed material is pressed and formed into rice balls of different shapes.
